How to Customize a Glass Product

End-to-end OEM/ODM solutions—from prototyping、mass production and delivery.

Step 1

Mold Making (7-10 days)
 General glassware, the mold lead time is 7 days.
 More responsible glassware, time is 10 days
 Unique complex glassware, time is 10+ days.

Step 2

Sampling (10-15 days)
 The mold will be sent to our factory for sampling. The samples lead time is 10-15 days.
 Then we will send the samples to you for approval.

Step 3

Releasing the PO
 Once samples are approved, you can release the PO to us.
We will send the invoice to you for billing.

Step 4

Mass Production (45-55 days)
 Once the prepayment is received, we will immediately issue instructions to the production line according to the confirmed order requirements, and officially begin the large-scale production process of the glass products you need.
 The lead time is 45-55 days.
 

Step 5

Product Inspection
 The first inspection when the mass production started.
 The second inspection is during the mass production process.
 The final inspection will proceed when the production is finished. Your inspector and ours can be inspected together.

Step 6

Booking & Shipping (10-15 days)
 The booking will be informed when the inspection is completed.
 The forwarder will release the S.O after the booking succeeds.
 The goods will be delivered to the designated port for loading.
