- What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU. For custom orders with logo printing, MOQ is 2,000 units. We can discuss flexible terms for large, committed orders.

- Is the double-layered cup washer safe?High borosilicate glass products are characterized by their resistance to thermal shock. They are, however, somewhat fragile when subjected to physical impact. For this reason, we—as the manufacturer—advise against washing them in a dishwasher during both production and sales stages. However, this does not mean that dishwasher cleaning is strictly prohibited; provided that the dishwasher is used properly, there should be no issues.
